As I guess most people do when they find out they're having a baby, we ran out to buy a book. We have had "the bible" for about a week, and read it together before bed most days. It is a big volume, so we have been working our way through. Yesterday, we read about food to avoid (mainly those that can bring infections) and the most basic part about what to eat. (another 8 pages or so on the details of each food groups)

แต่เวลายุ่งๆ ก็ไม่มีเวลาจะอ่านทั้งหมด ผมเคยลองใช้ "podcast":http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Podcasting ดูแต่ก็ไม่รุ่ง เพราะแต่ละคนพูดยาวเหลือเกิน บางทีตอนเดียวขับรถไปทำงานตอนเช้ายังฟังไม่จบ
ตอนนี้เลยอาศัยดูทีวีเอาที่ "MobuzzTV":http://www.mobuzztv.com/uk/ ซึ่งรวมสาระข่าวเด่นประจำวันมาสรุปอย่างได้ใจความ แถมยังสะดวกเพราะมีหลาย format ให้เลือก subscribe ได้ ไม่ว่าจะเป็น RSS หรือ "vidcast":http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Video_podcast (WMV, Quicktime, m4v[iTunes], mp4[พอดีสำหรับ PSP], 3gp[format ที่เห็นกันทั่วไปจาก clip ลับ/ไม่ลับ จากมือถือ])
