FlickrBlog

[textile]

“FlickrBlog”:http://blog.flickr.com is where the Flickr team choose their favorite pictures on Flickr, one for each day. I have been getting a lot of inspiration from this lately. It is quite different from other photoblogs, which usually confined to certain styles or techniques. This, on the other hand, is collective goodies from Flickr users. Apart from interesting photosets by some users there are also groups, where anyone can can contribute to. Some of these are very very interesting.

A few that has caught my imagination recently:

* “Torn”:http://blog.flickr.com/flickrblog/2005/01/torn.html
* “Composites”:http://flickr.com/photos/anzi/sets/75845/
* “Tsunami aftermaths”:http://blog.flickr.com/flickrblog/2004/12/tsunami_missing.html
* “pinhole”:http://www.flickr.com/photos/tags/pinhole/

If a picture has EXIF information intact, Flickr will show them. This also helps me figure out how the hell some of the photos were taken. 🙂
